This game looks to be the 2020 top down ARPG that we all love so much. It draws off of influences from Diablo and Path of Exile and created a wonderful hybrid that will be sure to attract a lot of gamers.
The full version just released today (2/13/2020) and there is more content planned for future release such as Co-Op and more!

The game is currently on sale at Steam for $39.99 (spoilers if you bought this before the release today it was only $30!)
Currently the game is only on PC, but with any good arpg (Diablo 3 anybody?) There is always the possibility of being ported in the future!
